The colour is a soft pink with orange and salmon highlights
Fine froth forming a creamy ring in the glass.
The nose is intense and clean with notes of slightly candied small red fruit, especially wild strawberry. It carries suggestions of almond and red currant jelly.
Good weight on the palate. Attack is slightly acid, then red fruit are back to the fore with black and red currants.
Mouth is fleshy, fresh and tender. Definitely balanced with very silky texture.
The finish is lively, not aggressive, with persistent length.
A delicately soft rosé.
