The powerful note of preserved fruits (citrus and apricot), honey and dry straw develops into brioche, grilled ans smoked notes.

On the palate it is well rounded and generous. The mineral quality characteristic of vintage 2000 is well in evidence. The smooth and complex finish reveals a very suitable dosage.

The vintage 2000 is an excellent wine for drinking with meals. It is an ideal accompaniment for a roast back of turbot, or for poultry lovers, chicken with chanterelle mushrooms.
